Full payment is required upon booking. Lessee acknowledges that Company’s ability to provide the Watercraft and the Equipment is contingent upon and subject to the return of the Watercraft and the Equipment by the previous lessee, as well as other cause beyond Company’s control. Should Lessee not be present or not ready to accept delivery of the Watercraft and/or the Equipment, for any reason, at the specified time, Company reserves the right to rent the Watercraft and/or the Equipment to someone else. Further, Lessee understands that when the Watercraft and Equipment are reserved, the Watercraft and Equipment are no longer available for other customers and therefore Company cannot commit the Watercraft or Equipment to another customer during the reserved dates/times.

Consequently, in the event Lessee cancels, changes date, shortens the rental period, or in any other way seeks to change the rental period, the entire reservation payment shall still be due and payable. Company reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any other cause, which includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, heavy rain and/or thunderstorms. In the event you cancel your reservation by 12:00pm Central Time two days prior to the reservation date, Suntex Marinas will honor a Future Credit equivalent to the original rental amount. Any cancellations after this time or if you “no-show”, you will not receive a credit and Suntex Marinas will retain 100% of the funds paid to date. Future Credits expire within the same calendar year of original reservation. 

Lessee must present a valid United States driver's license or photo ID and major credit card to rent and be at least 21 years of age. See the Q&A on the website for more information pertaining to our rental policies. Once you make a reservation, it may take up to 48 hours before you receive a confirmation. 

Canyon Lake Arizona Reminders

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time to check in.
• Any child under the age of 13 must always wear a life jacket while on the vessel.
• We highly recommend you take a boating safety course. Boat safety courses can be found at boatus.org/arizona
• There is a late fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past your rental return time.
• Gas is NOT included in the rental total. You are responsible for gas used upon return.
• The marina is a no-wake zone
• Tow fees may apply if renter damages boat or runs out of fuel.
• Our rental boats are subject to stay within set boundaries on the water.
